The truck stop is covered with ice, whole parking yard. Is unsafe to even walk around. Outside is -14°C in the showers is cold and is blowing cold air from ventilation. Nobody cares about customers.

Jacoby probably broke a world record replacing my tire so fast. Excellent customer service at the counter also . Very quick in and out!

Went there for my 6” hose problem and they ask me to take it out and bring it to shop and I am just parked out there I told him can you come see and maybe u can tell what size It is instead he just looked at his computer the whole time I was in there not helpful..looks like someone still in training…
