I posted this first but this may not be the same as the other Reeds Towing Service....I can't delete itHad to use roadside service with Geico at 7:30am. They assign me this company and said ETA 9:00am. At 9:15am I call Geico because they have not arrived. This company says they cannot reach thier driver so Geico has to reassign another company. NOW MY ETA IS 11:00AM. If your company can't deliver then you should NOT be a part of the program!!! I have 2 children that I am trying to get to school. What a huge waste of time and inconvenience.
