As for some of the comments about the showers being out I've worked for Pilot for awhile and they've honestly attempted to accommodate every truck driver possible; yet when you try to explain certain situations they get very nasty with an associate and management alike. Maybe if you truckers would start understanding there's just certain things out of these hard working folks hands, and keep your potty mouth to yourself, and simply go somewhere else just like any other traveler, these ridiculous comments wouldn't be here. Be an adult and be the professional that you would expect the store employees to be.”

“Arrived to do nothing but a week of laundry and this TA does not let you down! There's a bunch of machines and the same amount of dryers. Only one washer not working which is absolutely fine. There's a folding table, bench to sit on and a good sized trash can, which is needed in any laundry. The clothes came out great and the CSC Pay Mobile app works perfectly. The showers are plentyful and larger than most, but didn't take one. There is an actual fitness room with monitor screen and fitness equipment. The store is larger too than most and carry a lot of touristy type things. Cashier was very friendly and offered water for my panting dog ( it was a muggy day). There's a Popeyes attached which seems to be popular. Bathrooms are rather large so you won't have to wait even if full of four wheelers. This seems to be a favorite of local and long haulers. But it should be. It has most everything for y'all however not sure I saw a shop! Parking lot has a lot of reserves, yet free parking is plentyful at the right time. The missing star is because the entire time we were there we saw only one lady cleaning all the showers ( she was doing an excellent job) and seemed to be doing other chores there too. It's no wonder there was trash in the hallway, overflowing trash in the bathrooms and elsewhere on the floors. Maybe hire someone else to help or maybe one of the three ladies behind the registers just talking could sweep the floors or take out some trash? Overall a great TA and drivers seem to be in a great mood today!”
