“The best grocery store in the city and the only one I was shopping and I stayed 20 minutes away, but the staff is over-the-top friendly no matter what you ask them they will help you and I like to bother people on purpose and no matter what they’re always nice understanding and help me. I also got the best meat in the city and the meat department always will cater to your needs. You can’t even find a better grocery store than this most grocery stores complain about their jobs, but this one will help you despite whatever needs you have.”

“ONLY GIVING FIVE STARS SO THIS CAN BE ADDRESSED!!!!!!!this has got to be the worse for the employees customers and the food, the air is not working here, it is always backed up the line is so long and the heat has the candy and the sweet food melted. this place needs to take better care the people working and the people shopping and letting the products your selling also being affected. they need to close the doors and figure out howto make this place where you can shop here and the workers aren't being put threw hell with heat and irritated customers. the food I have purchased here that are melted or ruined soly because of the 90 degree or 100 degree temp. having a small fan at the door is a joke to these people and our community. the employees here are suffering and I'm not surprised to see new people here so often bc the way their are treated and the job expected in conditions as such. their is a dg every two miles, your company has the money to fix this issue, its not even the hottest apart of the summer yet. this is got to be the most unacceptable work conditions I have ever seen.”

“Well I use my card to purchase a plug-in type for what used to be old fashioned cigarette lighter for a phone charger I bought it when we're leaving to go on a trip out of state and when I came back and I tried to return it they said it was outside the date range so now I have a charger that does not work at all in the original package it's not all torn up or anything and I used my card for it no refund no store credit no let me put it back on your card”

“I am a regular here at shell, and I will say some of the staff here is wonderful. The manager, Amberly, has dealt with some issues that I’ve had with staff in the building and has always done her best to make sure to be attentive to any issues. (gas related, money issues like my card not working, and any staff issues I or my friends have had.) Along with Amberly, Mr. Will, Christopher, Tyler, Jeffery, Karen, and Jericho have all been amazing team members and have all worked hard every time I’ve walked in. The store always looks immaculate and the patient and quick solutions they create to go out of their way to help others is outstanding. 10/10 I love this place.”

“This a really convenient location for necessity items that people might need that live far away from other stores. The prices are higher than you would find at a grocery store, but that's understandable with its convenience. The owner is always pleasant and kind. We go in on occasion to get some frozen treat as a reward when my kids have helped my dad work. We love sitting on the bench outside and watching the cows across the road and having the occasional cat come by to be petted.”
