“I have had a few experiences where I have had to ask for assistance in getting packaged delivered. Usually because shippers put incorrect information or system error. Every time I have needed help from either the counter personnel or carriers they have always gone above and beyond. I appreciate that. Given the crazy amount of mail processed daily I am amazed at the average delivery time.”

“I'd give 10/10 ? if I could. I've had 2 package deliveries on 2 seperate occasions that for whatever reasons never made it to my door. I contacted the Elizabethton post office & he fixed it to where my packages were redelivered on the same day. In today's world it's rare someone goes above & beyond to help another person. This place is the exception! Hard workers & they actually care & it shows in how well they do their job! Keep up the great work!”
“Efficient and courteous. Arrived at 1 minute before Saturday AM closing to mail a package. No one was at the front desk and when the clerk appeared I gave her the parcel and apologized for being so late. She looked at her watch and stated she was busy in the back and had not realized what time it was. A good employee!”
“Horrible customer service! 1. Put in hold mail request for a 10 day vacation ..no mail was held! My mail box was stuffed when we came home. 2. Rather then bring a small package to my door, the carrier shoved it into the lock box, with all my mail, clogging the lock mechanism and making it impossible to open the door. When I called, during normal working hours, there was nobody to take the call. We got our maintenance guy to help with his tools to get it open as the package inside was a gift that needed to be given that day!”
