I have a 2019 Toyota Prius I needed wiper blades I stopped at O'Reilly's first they had them on the shelf for $30 for 1. And i need 2 i decided I was going to try and save a few dollars and went to Walmart bought some that were supposed to fix didnt took them back... got help inside bought the ones they said and the didnt fix took them back went to auto zone talked to the girl working and gave her the car information and she told me they have some for $35 this is for just 1 wiper and some for 40$ for 1 i need 2 so for even the cheap ones im looking at 70bucks i know they are the same brand i said O'Reilly's has them for 30bucks she told me no way they would be the same price... i said well im going to there.. i walk in O'Reilly's and instead of walking to where i saw them hanging for 30bucks a piece i give the guy my info and he says they have a 2 pack for 27bucks he goes and gets them they are the same brand the girl at auto zone had.. so i bought them.. i went back to auto zone to show the girl and she said we dont carry that one it was the same brand as the ones she had... she just told me make sure they fix i went out into the parking lot and put them on they work awesome and i saved 40 bucks by driving 5 mins down the road to O'Reilly's!!!! SAME BRAND $40 CHEAPER

Great service and a clear winner over competitor down the road. Competitor did not want honor battery warranty and had no intent of honoring from the get go. I was already favoring O's because I had bought a light bulb that was less than $10 and the manager took the time to troubleshoot and figure out the problem. That was about a year ago so today I tried them first for a dead battery. The battery was indeed bad and they could have sold me battery right on the spot but they mentioned it was very likely under warranty. So I went to competitor down the road where i'd bought the battery and it was clear there was no way the competitor was gonna honor the warranty from the get go. I was tired of buying so many bad batteries so i did not argue and just went to back to O's. Even if I were to win an argument its just not worth it -- I just want a reliable battery and don't want to keep wasting my time dealing with batteries. O's is the clear winner for me from now on. Hopefully the competitor will get their act together because competition is a good thing. Don't usually write these but there was a big disparity not just in service but more importantly honesty.
