I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr.D Automotive in search of a specific car, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy.
Storm, the representative who assisted me, provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car I was interested in, and being overly cautious, I requested to have the car inspected by the dealership that specializes in the brand. Mr.D Automotive was extremely patient and accommodating while I gathered all the necessary information and confirmed my finances.
The dealership's inspection confirmed that the car was in good mechanical condition, with only the usual wear and tear that comes with a used vehicle. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase the car, I can confidently say that Mr.D Automotive offers quality vehicles and excellent customer service.
Storm made me feel valued and respected as a customer. If I find myself in the market for a car in the future, Mr.D Automotive will definitely be one of the first places I check. Highly recommended!

Absolute best place to buy a car bar none. I bought a beautiful 2016 sonata at a fantastic price with low milage. Storm went above and beyond even after the sale he helped with a couple of issues. Any time I hear someone talking about needing a replacement vehicle I'm sending them straight to Mr. D's.

Give a 5star absolutely love my 18 Ram 2500 ! Drove down 6hr trip Sales guy was great stayed over after business hrs waited on me called in owner work with me on the deal at 11 at night to fit my schedule! Gave me top trade in on my Silverado an Put me in the Cummins Diesel ! Super Happy with the deal Great truck! Owner worked with me for deal made it happen an drove truck home Great people love my new truck so say Great vehicles also! Nice doing business with you Guys !

Gave one star only because I have to in order to write this. - let me just say DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!!! Don’t be fooled by their “under new ownership” sign. Fair warning. Unethical, scammy, sold us a damaged vehicle they were well aware had issues. Owner said he drove for 2 weeks. If he did, then he’d know the many issues it has. He knowingly made the choice to put back on his lot to sell with no buyers warnings of the things that would need fixed on it. We’re not talking the usual fixes you expect when buying a used vehicle. This is a major transmission issue, water damage, rusted bolts on tires that no dealership can seems to remove. I’ve broken 2 lug wrenches trying to remove. Vehicle won’t come out of 1st gear. Stereo and dvd players unfixable. $8,000 down the drain. I can’t resell this piece of garbage and now our son who saved all his money for his first car doesn’t have anything to drive. Tried to take it back and talk reasonably with owner and he wouldn’t trade even for a lesser vehicle. Said he’d give 2k for the car we just paid $8k for 2 weeks prior! Just DO NOT buy from these people unless you want a lemon or scammed!!!

I bought a 2012 buick verano I never drove the car or nothing I did stop while they were closed and I looked at it but I bought the car with out driving it or looked at it I just went off of mr.ds reviews and I'm really happy with my purchase cool people to deal with and real easy I would definitely buy from mr.Ds again thanks for the honesty
