UPDATED REVIEW! I'm normally not someone who gives a 1 star review unless I have a really bad experience. I shop at this store often due to living close. I came here on Friday September 20th went through self checkout and paid with my card. I realized the next day that when checking out that i had laid my wallet down at the self checkout and immediately went to the store to speak with a manager. I ask an employee to please get a manager and he paged a manager which told him their truck had just came in and he couldn't leave from the back but told the employee to get all my information including the time I was there where I laid my wallet down and he would look at the security cameras once he was finished in the back and contact me. I waited until Monday and I went back to the store immediately after work to see why I had never been contacted. I spoke with a manager named Brad and he was so rude about me asking and stated we have been busy because of race weekend which I completely understand but when I was told they would check and get back to me then get this response I was shocked at how poorly a manager acted about it. I gave them a 15 minute window, location, and all of my information which they could have easy checked the video in minutes but apparently they could care less. I have now unfortunately had to get law enforcement involved to get video when all they had to do was look and call me. I was a regular customer here but now I will drive the extra time to go anywhere but here anymore. If Brad had lost his wallet im sure he would appreciate someone to just check video. I wasn't asking to see the video just for them to look and let me know nothing more!

I recently visited the Starbucks location and was disappointed with the service. Despite waiting 20 minutes to place and receive my order, my Frappuccino was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, the drink lacked flavor and tasted primarily of ice. Due to time constraints, as I was en route to work, I was unable to return the drink and ultimately discarded it. I subsequently visited Dunkin' for a suitable replacement.
I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

The loud lady that works at the Starbucks is so unprofessional and has created issues for me every time I'm there. Constantly talking about her personal life and opinions, always having things out of stock, and literally told me to leave on a different occasion so that she could put in a supply order. How about... you take a customer's order and make their drink and wait 10 minutes to put your order in when you have no customers? What a concept. So unprofessional and I'll be avoiding her and this store/starbucks at all costs.

I went in to grab a chicken but was so disgusted by what I saw I couldn’t do it. I was just shocked at the unsanitary conditions food it packaged. The first photo has a dead fly inches away from a package of chicken and the second photo has a hairball caught inside the packaging. I have no words for how disappointing and disgusting this is.

Stopped for a cold coke from vending machine out front. It ate my money , no coke. I will gladly accept reimbursement in the form of a gift card. I will be patiently waiting on an email.

Found everything that I was looking for with ease. Very well organized in this FOOD CITY STORE IN PINEY FLATTS. PEOPLE THAT WERE WORKING HERE AT 6:25 P M WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. NOT MUCH WAITING ON CHECKING OUT.

This is our home town grocery store of choice. Always clean and offers all the amenities. Gas, Starbucks, Pharmacy, Deli, Dine In Cafeteria, Florists, Sushi Station, and Self Checkout.
