Ordered trusses from BFS for our gambrel roof barn. Trusses were all screwed up and didn’t line up. Required days of extra work to get them to line up by shimming them up and scabbing on material to fix incorrect angles etc. it took 2 1/2 weeks to install these trusses and repair their mistakes. The drawing showed single ply trusses for the center area between the dormers and they sent 3 ply. We ended up having to install 2 ply adding extra time and material expenses. I reached out several times to their customer service to discuss and they refused to reply. Thus I am sharing this and warning anyone to avoid BFS trusses at all cost.

Experience was solid at first- scheduled delivery multiple times, no show, no call... lack customer service skills .I'm not a home builders, just an average Joe off the streets... might be better for their "important" players.
