Not one time in three continuous days of calling, did anyone answer the phone, and did not call back. the number is a cell phone , you can't leave a message because their to lazy to listen to and delete messages.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking out.. the carpet was filthy with stains and the tv didn’t even work. Got my money back and didn’t end up staying. Would NOT recommend.
