Our Autozone’s here in Pikeville, Tn has always been a good help to me they will help u with finding problems on your car and what u have to do or have in order to work on things and even then some for others things in this store great customer service and all around good atmosphere to shop automotive thanks Autozone’s in pikeville, Tn I give yall a thumbs up more like 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My hubby went in to get an Allen wrench for his brakes and he was unsure of the size. The manger went above and beyond to help my husband. She could have advised him to spend big bucks in an entire set instead she did research and went to the back to find the caliper to fit it. She saved him money and time.. thank you very much for quality customer service!

Samantha Houston was the kindest most caring person always, asks how I am and we have a good conversation every time I go in! Patrick Fry is always super help full, and quickly helps me find the oil and filter I need thank you for all your help and being the greatest autozone I’ve been too!

Always patient when I call in with part questions, store usually has what I need when I come in or they have always able to order them. Customer service has been wonderful regardless of who I’ve dealt with
