Bald clerk was incredibly rude. Has little to no regard for customers issue. Disregards anything you have to say to the point he will barely even look you in the eye as he speaks to you. Should be fired immediately.

Today I had to wait with 8 people in line infront of me. I was cheerful and asked if my two letter sized envelopes had enough postage. I get lectured, infront of other people, by some young mail lady, with dark brown long curly hair & glasses, who refused to identify herself...with a poor attitude about how my passports were not letter sized. She used the official letter sizer and what do you know...they fit! Next she lectured me about how passports are usually mailed and that my way of mailing them is highly unusual. I didn't want to argue so I just asked again if I had enough postage. She did say yes. Next I needed a change of address card. I received another lecture about needing an ID. I left my wallet in my car on purpose as I knew I had to fill out the change of address card and I waited in line again. Twice I filled out the change of address card to make everything perfect for her. Third time is the charm...right? Nope, She then said my use of P.O. Box (putting the period after the P and after the O...was not correct.She called it a "symbol" and said she didn't know what the period was for!) I gave up. Nearly an hour to ask about postage and and submit an changeddress card which I still didn't get done. Now I'm worried about her doing something with my passports as packages seem to dissappear from this post office. I submitted that change of address card to another post office out of state. They didn't have any problems with the P.O. (the periods in front of P and O) the way I wrote it.

Our local USPS is awful at delievering to apartments. Their drivers seem to be unable to read apartment numbers, as our mail and packages always end up at someone else's place, and their mail at ours. If you can't read 4-digit numbers, find a new job.

Unfortunately we are renting a cabin and needed an item. Post office returned a item because they are saying the address we are staying in is not a deliverable address. She told us (lady at post office) has been working there for 18 yrs and our address is not really an house.

Be aware. This is the slowest mail service I have ever experienced. Slower than deliveries to Europe! Your mail and packages WILL BE DELAYED and may never be delivered at all. This is the normal for this post office. Don’t waste your time calling. They are completely unorganized and have no clue about where your package is. Just go and stand in line and wait your 30-40 minutes to get service. Great idea to close the regional distribution in Knoxville and send all our mail through Lexington, KY. Looks like that new postmaster Louis Dejoy (appointed June 16, 2020) general is doing his best to put the post office out of business

First day I visited with an enquiry and the guy was so helpful. The second time I visited to actually mail the parcel, the lady was so strict and cold I literally cried lol xoxo

Finally, A nice, professional employee at this post office. You guys did good hiring this guy. Never seen him here before. He went to the back and got my packages. He helped the next customer in line. Then he ran outside to help me load my packages. Never expected that!

There are alot of bad reviews here, but I have had no issues with this post office. Staff has been super friendly and helpful.

My wife and I are not from the area and we're honeymooning at a rental cabin in the area. I checked with the resort to ensure that we could deliver Amazon to the cabin. As it turns out, Amazon shipped via USPS and the cabin doesn't have a mailbox. Both packages were put on hold, understandably. So I came in to pick them up, immediately the woman behind the counter was rude and snippy with me. I offered to hand her my phone to copy the tracking numbers from the website as to eliminate risk of error and she told me "unless you can make that big enough to put on a billboard you'll need to read them to me." Then she found the packages but made a whole deal about how it was my lucky day that the packages were still in the building because they would've been sent back already under normal circumstances. They came in that morning, I picked them up at 12:30. Then as I walked away she very loudly apologized to the person behind me for the wait. At least have the courtesy to wait until I'm not within earshot. I'm in customer service, that is customer service 101. You need to find better people, that's completely unacceptable and I'm unsurprised and disappointed your reviews reflect my exact experience.
