The worst .I had a trailer reserved,tried calling 6Xs over two days to confirm that it would actually be on the property, because in the past I had reserved a trailer only to find out none were there.They never answered the phone!

Was in need of a box truck started with a 15 ft and dropped down to a 10 used it for about a month. The guys and the ladies are very nice there but I absolutely hate the phone system attempting to call them U-Haul needs to revamp the way their phone system works you can't get to the local shop very often that's a shame good people. They have lots of moving supplies boxes hand trucks and their storage facility.

Uhaul sucks!!!!You have to drive a hundred miles to return a trailer.

There was a little issue with our reservation, but they were very patient and helped us get through it. Be forewarned though, their Uhaul service closes at 5 on Saturdays, not 6 as suggested by their published hours on Google maps or the Uhaul webpage.
