“You saved my vacation!!!! What a blessing!!! I came in 05/27 with achy feet and back due to over pronated ankles and uncomfortable orthopedic doctor prescibed inserts. Kitena fixed me right up with glycerin filled shoe inserts and I never had another issue! I walked 5 miles a day while there last week! I have never been able to do that! My husband, the skeptic, just ordered his inserts online.”

“This review is specific to our interaction with Courtney who works at this store. My daughter collects Build a Bears and we stopped into this store on our first visit to Pigeon Forge. Courtney helped us. She wasn't intrusive or overbearing just very friendly, helpful and warm. She offered info on favorite characters possibly returning and made sure we were able to use a discount since my daughter lost her $10 BAB gift card somewhere in the days travels. My daughter was looking for pool party gear for her bear she brought to a water park the same day. This store was well stocked with some super cute beach/pool gear. Although my daughter would have LOVED to actually be able to take her bear with her in the water. BAB should consider actually making bears that can go in the water.Chain stores are really made or broken by the quality of employees they hire. Courtney at your Pigeon Forge store was a pleasure to deal with and I bought more because of her pleasant helpful way. Management at this store should go out of your way to make sure Courtney loves her job and stays. Hoping to say hi to her on our next visit that way!”
