The Old Mill & General Store is a very interesting store in an old fashioned mode, located in a great area. It is housed in the old mill house, with a water wheel outside that is beautiful and neat to see. The store offers baking and cooking materials, implements for cook with, toys, and many interesting things for children as well as for adults. It can be a little on the dusty side because of the mill, and the mill is not always running. They also sample delicious food, like corn fritters from the on-site restaurant. The restaurant has excellent service and amazing food, though there can be quite a line. The business also carefully wraps and ships orders. It is a nice place to stop in and check out what they have.
Very cute store, lots of wonderful things to look at, it's alot like a Cracker Barrel store but with more handmade items. Didn't get to talk to the staff because they were quite busy but they did make sure to say hello and bye as we entered and exited

We loved wandering through the store—homemade mixes, jams, and souvenirs everywhere. It felt like a step into tradition, with shelves full of things you can’t find anywhere else. We picked up treats to take home, and they still remind us of that visit.
