The company advertises lifetime warranty. That is a lie. They are a deceitful company. They only warranty part of the product but they do not state that anywhere while making your purchase they just advertise lifetime warranty on their product. Will never buy their product again. They also take forever to respond to you and for product turnaround on warranty

I love Tervis and this store is so clean and organized. They had some beautiful new alcohol ink design cups. I also loved Babe. He is very kind and helpful.

I went to the Pigeon Forge Tervis store in 2015 to get me a Smokey Mountains theme tumbler to use the whole vacation and at other times and the staff there were very friendly

I loved the store so many things The staff was nice. I would give 5 stars but my stainless steel travel mug peeled. The Smokey Mountain design started coming off after a couple of washes and I cannot drive over 2300 miles to exchange it. Can I get a new one?

Small storefront in The Island shops. Very friendly staff who let us spend a crazy amount of time perusing without hovering. If you don't know what Tervis is, you are missing out! They are the most perfect, double-walled, thick plastic tumblers and mugs for enjoying your drink at whatever temp your heart desires. I grew up with these for trips to the lake and sipping on drinks that stayed cold seemingly forever. We use them daily for cocktails, ice water, and iced coffee. They are dishwasher-friendly and durable enough for kids, too. This location had so many differing sizes and designs of tumblers and handled mugs, including a bunch of options with kid characters. Lids of all kinds and colors with the openings for both sipping or a straw(which they also sell their version here). I recommend the lid with the sip opening because you can use it with a straw or sip through it. I always appreciate options. If you want one that fits in your car cup holder, definitely opt for the smaller, 16 oz. version. Many may say that these cups are pricey, but with how durable they are and how much you will inevitably use them...SO worth it. The workers here gave us several 20% off coupons, too, which can be used in-store or online. Cheers!

The two employees Shyann and Johnathan was very helpful. Shyann even help me send my cup back to get a new one. This 2nd time going to this store and they (everyone that work there) are alway nice. The cup are wonderful also.

The lady at the store was very helpful. My wife was a Tervis person from way back. It was my first time.Was skeptical at first but now I enjoy my metal cup. Keeps drinks cold for a long time.I think that you should make a cup that is bigger so it will at least hold a litre. The 30 ounce is a little small if you mix with cans. Just saying.
