What a great place. I went there to have my Stetson repaired and couldn't be more pleased with the results. It looks brand new. The staff is fantastic. They also helped me pick out a new Ariat for summer weather and I am still amazed at the price. Will certainly continue to shop there in the future.

Probably the largest and best selection of western wear in Pigeon Forge. Came into town with rain in the forecast. I didn't need either of my hats getting rain damaged. They had rain covers in stock for both hats. Wound up finding a bolo that I really liked as well. I think they have the largest hat variety around. They have something for the whole family.

Real beautiful store with great selection of boots, hats and clothes. Great storefront and still more friendly Tennessee folks. I needed some new brown boots and the salesman “Soda” was very helpful. Nice dude and excellent salesperson… almost bought 2 pair. (No room in our travelin’ RV home. Haha) They do hat shaping and restoration as well! +++++

Thought I’d stop in and head to cavanders. I bought a pair from stages west and wished I’d bought another pair. I forget ol boys name I heard Jose but not sure his real name. Manager I think but they were helpful and I bought a pair of double H. I’ll see them again in august for another pair. Don’t waste your time at the cavanders store. Go to stages west.

Wonderful place to go for boots & hats. I took my custom hat that I bought years ago for an adjustment and they were very accommodating. Great selection of quality merchandise and the service to go along with it. Great people!

Savannah, who works at the hat bar, was awesome. My husband and I got some custom fitted hats on a busy holiday weekend and she was super helpful and patient with us! Wonderful experience and very happy with our custom hats! Great store and great people. Will definitely be back! Thanks again Savannah!!!

Just left this place. Nothing wrong with the items but some of the staff made it a terrible shopping experience for my wife and I. I sat down so she could pick out a couple pair of boots, but two sales ladies wouldn’t stop staring at us like we were going to steal something. I whispered to my wife to see the boot she was trying on to know how much we were spending and both ladies said “oh that’s $$ much” and looked at her then me again. You’d think the first time I asked them to stop staring they’d get the hint. I get people judge tattoos and my military tattoos don’t help, but damn. My wife felt so uncomfortable she even asked them if she was even allowed to try the boots on.

I came to this store twice. The first time was to buy a cowboy hat, and the second time was to buy a vest. Soda was a great help finding the best styles for me, and making sure that they both fit. I especially enjoy the thing you guys do with the hats. The way you steam, and stretch them to fit well, which is what was done for my hat. 10/10 service. If you're looking for a place to get quality western wear, this is your place.

I visited this store a few weeks ago and perused through the boots and saw a few that interested me but didn't purchase at the time. I decided to come back today and wanted to buy a pair if I could find something that fit. Although the sales associate went and pulled a pair for me to try on when they didn't fit comfortably she kind of dismissed me. I then asked about another pair and she abruptly said the instep wouldn't work for me and turned away. It would have been nice if she took a minute to find out what I was looking for and made some suggestions. The store has a lot of great things and I was prepared to buy something but that experience soured me from wanting anything there.

My boyfriend and I stopped in, not intending to buy anything. BUT, we looked around and both found things we liked. The ladies in the back (I can’t remember their names but one had been working in the store for more than 20 years) were SO kind to us. We had the best time choosing a pair of boots and a hat. We’ll be back to shop some more.

I went in there and asked sarah or savanna i think her name was if the hat i had was my color and style and she directed me to a color and style i am very satisfied with the customer service there and i would recommend.
