Prices were a little high, but it's an attraction and I was on vacation. Staff was not too eager to help, but I knew what I wanted and didn't need assistance. He did punch a hole in the cigars for me though, so I appreciate that. Got a great lighter too!

Most of the cigar selection is $2-4 over what you can find online or at a 1/2 decent lounge (kind of to be expected). Staff was friendly and did have a good range of prices and qualities.

I went in here to look at some stuff and the guy in here is too busy watching a movie on his phone never said hi or even acknowledged i came in.
I won't give a penny to some one who can't even say hi.

Not sure why all reviews on this place are so bad. As far as the Gatlinburg / PF area goes there is nowhere that has a selection this large. The guy working there most times is a super cool and solid guy. Keep in mind that this place is half cigar half head shop but when it comes to cigar selection this place has the most variety by far!
