Enjoyed stopping in the Savannah Bee Company. We were able to sample some honey and we did the mead tasting as well. We purchased some of the Hot Honey and we enjoy it on our hot wings back home. I also purchased the Royal Jelly Body Butter Original Scent and I love love love it. I cannot describe how soft it makes my skin feel and the aroma of it is to die for.

While their honey is good, compared to other apiaries in the area, it is rather expensive for some of their products. For example, I've had Tupelo and Sourwood honey from elsewhere. It's expensive no matter where you go, but it is the most expensive here at Savannah (likely due to being in a tourist trap, but their prices are the same online). I sampled most of their honey at the shop. I'd get the Tupelo and Sourwood elsewhere personally. However, their current seasonal item, Sunflower honey, is excellent. It reminds me of Tasmanian Christmas Bush honey. It's thick, sweet but not overbearing, with a slightly candied and thick texture and hints of vanilla and sunflower. I think it would go excellent with some mild goat cheese and some jam on a cracker, by itself, or with peanut butter on toast.I ended up purchasing their flute spoon for my Sourwood flute at home (from a different apiary), their honeycomb knife since I eat a lot of honeycomb, chocolate whipped honey (great on toast), and their Acacia chunk honey (honey with comb added to the jar) as I've not found Acacia honeycomb anywhere else.I've also had their normal honeycomb and it is good -- exactly what you'd expect from a mild wildflower honey. Their Christmas honey is also excellent and worth looking out for when the season comes.Staff was friendly and attentive to everyone in the store.

We love Savannah Bee Company. We always stop when in town and visit the mead bar. So yummy! The mead flavors always change, so when we go we get to try something new.

I love the Savannah Bee Company! Anytime we visit another state we always stop there! Mitchell was super kind and helped us pick a mead that we liked! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in/near Pigeon Forge!

Excellent products. I bought their lavender beeswax lotion that feels so nice on my skin. Also their honey that came with honeycomb was unreal. I put it on my fresh baked bread and it was to die for.

First time visiting the store. I got hand cream from here and I really like it. I'm usually allergic to other store bought cream but this one was very soothing and did cause any allergic reaction on my skin.

The Honey testing guy was awesome very smart guy confused me with knowledge in a good way funny stuff honey tasted great. Prices are pretty high but I think it reflects quality

I wanted to love this place. It's a small store that was very crowded when I visited. Someone in front of me asked for a sample of one of the honeys at the counter, and the employee looked very frustrated when being asked. I didn't want to make her life any worse, so I didn't even ask to sample anything because she seemed pretty inconvenienced by the whole process. I don't know of this is how the staff is all the time, or if it was just a stressful day. Maybe I'll try again some other time.
