My first impression was of open food and drinks behind the technician. A candle was lit despite acetone being highly flammable. The instruments used for my manicure had been previously used. I questioned it and was assured that they were sterilized. Technician quickly, in another language, spoke to the technician who did my pedicure. Those instruments were in a sterilized package. I went through with the pedicure. By the way, should have wondered when the website misspelled manicure.

Came in and asked to just make my white not so thick for a french tip and I mean the polish not the actual thickness of my nails. I had just got a fill in the day before. It was at another salon that did the white to thick. But I paid $60 for a fill in with 2 missing nails, and I always tip 20%. Y'all didn't tell me how much a quick fix was going to be. Which I'm not super upset about, because I thought it would be a reasonable price. Luckily I seen the receipt that was placed in front of me before starting my nails and it said $31 for fix and $25 for white mani so $56 dollars for asking to do a small fix up when I pay $60 for a fill in, long nails and $70 for a full set . I was very upset and felt takin advantage of. So I left. I appreciate them taking me in to fix them when I walked in. I actually use to get my nails done here all the time. Everyone is very nice here. But way over priced for a fix. Very disappointing. I understand more work has to be put in now to do nails which in my opinion is ridiculous and a reason to charge more money. I get times are hard but $56 damn dollars for a color change. Not even that though. Just to fix my white on a fresh fill in. Wasn't very happy at all!!

I had to get nails done on vacation. They did a great job on my dip. They charged what they had told me on the phone before I went. Alot of places (even if u r local) are not like that. I wanted to give the review because it's hard to know about places when u r not from there.

Please clean up and get professional nail technicians. I loved this place when it opened but now it’s so dirty and gel polish falls off. I would be afraid to go back again due to the sanitation issues.

The guy cut my toe nails to short to the point my toe hurt. They not even. And I got gel, it came off the same night.
