“Today we were faced with an emergency at our cabin. It was 1:30pm and our housekeeping advised us that the guests had urinated on our sofa cushions and it was ruined. We had a new guest coming in at 4pm! We started the drive from Kodak to Pigeon Forge and called the store to see what they had in stock in black and brown sleeper sofas Deb was super helpful and said she would send me photos and prices by text. We arrived at the location before the folks even finished getting the info together. So Richard helped ring us up and get us on our way with a new brown leather sleeper sofa in no time flat! Then we had Damien and Chad deliver the new sofa and set it up luckily split. These folks took great care of us today and we had the cabin ready for guests by 3:30! I cannot say thank you enough for the amazing service and a quality product for a great price.”
