Nice staff but the hours are incorrect. Says open 24 hours but they aren't. It's 12:42am now and they are closed. Definitely need to change posted hours

I know it's almost impossible to see in the picture, but the bottle has an expiration date of August 8, 2022. Its November 3rd. Almost 3 months out of date. If it was a month, maybe I wouldn't have made a post, but 3 months is a little much.

I don't know what these people's problems are lol I used to stop here all the time when I was inspecting cabins in that area. Never had a problem with any of the staff

The staff is absolutely terrible. The old guy with the white hair and no front teeth was so incredibly rude to me today. Kenjoe you NEED TO FIRE the people working here and hire others. Someone that appreciates having a job and not someone who hates their job and hates the customers. If you are that miserable where you work, there are plenty other places hiring! DO SOMETHING NOW!!!!!

If i could give this 0 stars i would. The lady who worked night shift on dec 13 was extremely rude i will never stop here for anything ever again and will tell other to avoid this store. very unpleasant atmosphere an horrible service/attitude she had removed her mask also which was not ok.

I have never been so rudely treated and thank God no other store has been this unwelcoming as I would otherwise swear off ever coming back to Pidgeon Forge. To be immeadiately accused of trying to argue when he started yelling at me without provocation is shocking and disrespectful. I understand times may be stressful right now. But it’s almost like he didn’t even want me in the store and I am unsurprised by the other negative reviews.

A frequent user of this gas station however I find that the people that work there are usually very unprofessional and lack customer service skills outside of pushing a couple buttons. I mean how hard is it to smile and say have a nice day. There is one individual in particular a female who won't even give you eye contact and last time she yelled out loudly that she had to go pee and left her station. I normally find some good to post interview so I will say the deli makes good food.
