This was my first time ordering from this shop and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed overall. I ordered a 2G Extrax Wreck'd Cart, and what arrived didn't look anything like the item I ordered. Packaging was the same but the item itself was not- what I recieved had a plastic atomizing chamber instead of a traditional metal one (it was pictured to have a metal chamber) and the mouthpiece was also different. That aside, the box was open in the envelope, and it was in a completely unusable, broken state. I emailed them around a week ago about this issue, and I have yet to recieve an answer. None of the social media links on their website work, and nobody ever answers the phone. Really annoyed right now with this service, as I'm now out $30 since I can't use the item I recieved and can't seem to get an answer from anybody. Hopefully I can get some sort of replacement or compensation because this is unacceptable.

If i could leave zero stars i would!! I’ve been coming here for the last few weeks most experiences have been good but there have been a few times with this guy i think his name is Nick. This dude doesn’t know what he’s talking about he’s under weighing and more than likely keeping the rest of it for himself i mean you ask him a question and he stands there and goes “uh” and proceeds to not respond and stare blankly. You can take it to the bank i WILL NOT be back here!!

Victoria and Branson were absolutely amazing to deal with. Im 41 and i have severe back pain and no matter if i need flower or tincture or just some gummies those 2 ALWAYS are very nice respectful and they have abundant knowledge about ALL of their products! Hit up Green Valley on Wears Valley Rd yall. Ask for Victoria or Branson for sn amazing experience and gr8 quality goodies! God Bless yall. Amen
