Frenchs Shoes & Boots is a nice little, family-owned store. The staff is super friendly, wonderful, attentive, and awesome, making customers feel comfortable from the time they walk in. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, exemplifying the true cowboy spirit. The employees are great people who seem like they really want to help, answering all questions and even holding items for customers. The store offers some really nice boots and products, including the real deal from crocodile leather boots to the finest cowboy hats. While the products can be expensive, they are the real deal and sometimes found for a better price than online. Customers love this store and return without fail anytime they are visiting, calling it their favorite store and a class act.
A brilliant shop, lots of options and reasonable prices. I got my first pair of cowgirl boots. Kevin was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so fun! Couldn’t convince my husband to get a pair of boots but he did pick up a couple of shirts for himself!

I stopped in yesterday and had the privilege of being waited on by Logan, he went above and beyond to earn my business. He went as far as to polish my old boots while I shopped. I ended up purchasing two pairs of boots and a pair of socks because of his excellent customer service. Outstanding experience!
