On August 9 2024 we bought the “water” shoe inserts from Kitena. She seemed so friendly & helpful at the time. After wearing them the rest of that day the next morning we were still inside the hotel one of them busted inside of his shoe (croc). We went back because it had a 2 year warranty & they only made it 1 day. She was sitting outside on a bench when we got there & I walked up to ask what time the store opened because there weren’t any store hours posted & she said I’ll open in about 5 minutes..so we sat there waiting while she smoked & chatted with a friend. She finally opened the store & after us telling her one of them busted she asked to see his shoe..then pointed to some spot on the bottom of his shoe saying yeah it looks you stepped on something sharp & it went through your shoe & poked a hole in it. There wasn’t a spot at all..no hole in his shoe at all. When we asked about a refund since it only lasted 1 day she said no refunds & I asked what about if once we left to go back home one of the new pair busted & she said to contact the company that she didn’t sit back there making them..very snarky & uncalled for so I asked her why would she say that? That I knew she didn’t sit back there making them.. long story short please don’t waste your hard earned money & fall for her niceness because once you buy them she isn’t very nice at all. I was just hopeful they would help my husbands foot pain but it costed $66.40 for a pair of shoe inserts that won’t last but 1 day….

Bought shoe inserts on Aug 9th for my dad who’s been dealing with foot pain on our vacation. He wore them the rest of the day and into this morning ( Aug 10th )
One busted as he was walking ( inside the hotel. )
We went to the island again being hopeful for a simple refund but know that won’t happen. She took my dad’s shoe and said he obviously had a deep hole in it that caused it.
There is no hole.
We don’t recommend this place unless You want rude remarks and products that don’t last.

You saved my vacation!!!! What a blessing!!! I came in 05/27 with achy feet and back due to over pronated ankles and uncomfortable orthopedic doctor prescibed inserts. Kitena fixed me right up with glycerin filled shoe inserts and I never had another issue! I walked 5 miles a day while there last week! I have never been able to do that! My husband, the skeptic, just ordered his inserts online.

I should’ve known better. I have chronic foot, knee, and hip pain. I was desperate for relief on vacation, so we stepped into the store. Firstly, the marionettes all over should have told me this lady is nuts. But like I said, I was desperate. She talks constantly about the warranty. I shared I was skeptical because of my ankle and having had surgery. No worries, she assured me that I could get my money back if they don’t work. She signed my receipt and tells me to use her name if I end up needing a refund. I tried them in 5 different shoes. My issues got worse, because these insoles DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT. These are cheap garbage. I asked my doctor about them and he said there is nothing in the insoles that do anything good, but will likely cause further injury in most people. I went back to get my refund and gave the crazy marionette lady’s name and was told it’s against health code to refund. She called the marionette lady who swore she’d never offered to refund in her life. Very dramatic and toxic. The clerk was rude. She offered them back and I told her to throw them away. So she sat them on the counter.By the way, it’s not against health code to refund. It’s against health code to accept them back. So now I’m going to report them for accepting the insoles back. I will post reviews anywhere I can to keep people from buying insoles that can potentially cause further pain.Listen to every word she says. She intentionally misleads to get people to spend the money on her products. One day someone will catch her in her lies and she won’t be able to play her game anymore.

I had immediate relief on my knee pain and the insoles have helped me be able to walk with better stride. I can't wait to be able to get back to hiking. It has really helped my hip and low back pain. The first night after wearing the insoles my feet hurt some but that's understandable after having a foot massage on my feet. Like any massage you have some pain when the inflammation and toxins are leaving your body. I greatly recommend buying these insoles. My best friend has a pair too and she loves them. Has helped with her neck pain.

Pay attention on the shoe insoles...no refund....we have tried to wear these and they bugged our feet so bad we gave up after trying different durations for the last week and a half. When I called she said that there was nothing they could do and suggested we give they to someone else. Really, now we are out $100. Buyer beware.She spent a lot of time in the shop on the two year warranty, but I neglected to see that there are no refunds. Intersting since its a tourist town, so you can't go back in there. I don't usually write reviews, so that's that for what its worth. Go to a Doctor that specalizes in your foot health, not a shop on a tourist stop...

Decided give it a try due to have walked a whole day very exhausted, Alyssa is so sweet and have a beautiful soul, she understands the pain and want to help, she is very knowledgeable, the shoes insoles are very comfortable, I decided buy immediately after try it on, not sure about back pain but the feet just fell relief and comfortable on these gel pad, yes kinda pricy but with two years guarantee it worthy.

Went in for back pain and muscle soreness. They recommended neem cream which has nothing to do with my issues. Neem cream is for skin irratation and wounds. $20 wasted

Went in for an ankle problem and bought a pair of insoles would highly recommend! Myself and 2 others bought a pair we have walked all day and each of us feel confident in this product.
