Mark was a blessing for us on our anniversary trip. My truck was misfiring coming down the mtn. I call Eagle One and let him know what is happening and he tells me to bring it in next day at 8a. They had Hank(my truck) in and out within two hours! Mark spoke positively with Hanks issue and communicated with me with ease and reassurance. Eagle one saved our anniversary trip. Me, Hank, and my husband thank yall. God bless yall.

We were recently in Gatlinburg on vacation and our car broke down Sunday night, the day before labor day. We were afraid no one would be open till Tuesday but they were!! They were so friendly and got our car in and out on labor day because they knew we had to drive back to Florida. Even stayed late and waited on us to get there when traffic happened. Amazing service!!

On our way to Pigeon Forge our A/C was going in and out. Then the day before we left it completely quit working which was not good b/c we were headed back to St. Louis where it was 105 degrees. With two girls ages 8 and 4 we knew that would have made for a dangerous drive back home. I brought our Honda Pilot to Eagle One and Tom was very great and able to fix our car that day even though they were backed up for a couple of weeks. I am forever grateful for them getting our car fixed. Tom and the whole team was great and the price was very reasonable. Our ride home ended up being a very cool one. Thanks Tom and Eagle Automotive!!
8/23/24 Update: It took us seven years to get back to Pigeon Forge for our family vacation. We drove the same car we did in 2017, and as luck would have it, our Honda Pilot experience problems again. This time, three different check engine lights came on about two hours before we got to Pigeon Forge. I took the car to Eagle One first thing when they opened on Monday. The owner, Tom, was very nice and had one of his mechanics look at the car and drove it around to see if he could find anything wrong with it. He couldn't find anything so he reset the system so the engine lights would go off. They didn't even charge me for that! Who does that these days? We were very grateful. Within an hour of driving the car, the same lights came back on again. I brought it back in again and they were able to further diagnosis the problem and fixed it. The rest of our trip in Pigeon Forge and on our way home, the lights never came back on again. I cannot express enough how great Eagle One Automotive is. Tom, and his entire crew went above and beyond, again!!!!! Thank you all!!!

Extremely disappointed. I was traveling from out of town and my AC stopped working. I heard good reviews about them so I trusted them with my car. I expected to pay maybe $1-2k for the repair, but it was not even close. They quoted me $4100 for compressor and evap core replacement. Declined the repair and drove all the way across the country with no AC. Should had brought it to a second shop for diagnosis. Got the car fixed once back home and it was only $500 at the shop locally. It was only a leaking ac line that needed fixing. Not sure if they even looked at the vehicle and start throwing stuff at it hoping it would solve it. Wasted money and time for false diagnosis especially as a tourist. AVOID AT ALL COST!

If you're reading this, you're probably in the same boat I was in. On vacation with car issues.
If you're able to get in, they are very good people and extremely knowledgeable.. it's always nerve wracking to go to a mechanic that you don't know. They will take care of you if they can get you in, and won't screw you over because you're from out of town

Came up here for my son‘s baseball tournament fan and radiator went out in my car. They were extremely helpful priced very fairly. Had my car back by the end of the day thank God for them.
