First, the store is a mess. The staff is rude. No greeting when entering, we moved out of a main aisle to let an older employee get through with a stock cart and she stopped right in front of us and started talking rudely to another employee about a customer! So we had to turn around and go the other way. She clearly saw us KINDLY step out of our way to let her pass and she chose to park it and start talking. We went to make a purchase and another employee tried to ID me for using my debit card. I questioned it and she literally said “because this is a tourist town and people steal information” EXCUSE ME?! Did you just outwardly accuse me of trying to use a stolen debit card?! So I said I’d just pay cash because you don’t need to see my ID. She goes on to say that everywhere around here asks for ID and I said we’ve been vacationing here for 10yrs and not one single time have I been asked for ID. She went in to say she’s been here 20 sum years. Ok… and??!! We said we wouldn’t be back and she said that’s fine and proceeded to watch us leave and stand at the door on her cell phone. (Probably calling the authorities on me for attempting to use my own debit card ?) If my daughter hadn’t went through the effort of trying the item on already we would have just left empty handed.
How about you tell paying customers that showing ID is your policy, rather than state they could be using a stolen card! Disgusting! And if the staff is all that unfriendly then don’t work in a tourist town! You wouldn’t have a job without us “thieving tourists” ?

Very offended walking inside this store. I love bargain shopping and found several wonderful deals on some Under Armour products, Wranglers, and many other items. Unfortunately, I decided to take my business elsewhere after hearing the inappropriate commentary from the employees.
I couldn't in good faith make purchases from a store where the workers made blatantly racist remarks and homophobic jokes in front of customers. Regardless of your personal beliefs, nobody should be made uncomfortable shopping in a clothing store.

We always stop at Duncan's when we come to the Great Smoky Mountains. You can get some good cheap t-shirts, gloves, belts and jeans galore! They have a dressing room and a bathroom. They have easy parking there.

We visited from Michigan and my two boys enjoyed shopping found exactly what they were looking for. I found great quality items at decent price. If I was closer would visit more often. Lady that checked me out was awesome and accommodating. Great experience.

Charles Tranthem quickly became one of our best friends and a must stop by shop when visiting Pigeon Forge.Usually a few trips a year to stock up on clothes and always a friendly visit with Charles.The owner of the company has a Jewel ? in this man and I highly recommend stopping by for a friendly visit and a great selection of clothing.
