“Prices are, unfortunately, gas station prices. Not the cleanest place I've ever been but bathroom was nice for a gas station! The highlight, however, is the cashier. She is a very bright and personable person and I could tell she is loved by those who visit. I was glad to be checked out by her and she made our day just a little bit brighter. “A very pleasant place to take a relieving and incredibly productive poo. I left mine in the "upper decker" since the cashier was unpleasant. The Exxon station down the street is 8 cents cheaper per gallon, so I opted not to be paying customer on this visit. I visited your store location soley for the purpose of an el Mundo dumpo. “Truck over heated and thay didn't have a problem with me setting in the lot and I was not feeling like id have to buy something that is thar for me to stay in the parking lot just to make it clear to some of the other people that have a business to run you don't have to juge any one to be a good person and a little bit of kindness will go a lot further than you know I have to say it is a good place to get along with the people who are running it is going to be able to get the help you need to get if. Thay are not able to do it for you I'm shore that they are going to get it to help you out with the problems you are having if you are having a problem day stop in and you are going to fill like you have been getting from them for a long time and it will be your first time in the store and If you don't go in when you are there you will miss some of the finest people that you'll get to meet”
“I am moving to Waynesville N.C. I was please to find they have a Publix since I shop there in Florida but they also have an Ingles Supermarket. I have to say I was blown away by Ingles. The store is absolutely Huge and spotless clean. They have a much bigger variety of items and they even have a cafe by the deli with many tables and a large selection of hot ready to eat foods. I tried the Chinese and it was very good!”

“visiting from florida, went to this location because they have our favorite drink. the cashiers are AWESOME had a short talk with Pamela, she was so kind we loved her. We came back looking for Tim, one of the employees. He’s super funny and we really enjoyed talking to him so we made this our gas station spot lol. The people that work here are super dope, they are kind individuals.”
“It's a good size convenience store, the have a good variety of products and not bad prices, it's in a very convenient place where all the touristy area. Not a lot of parking spots, but still not bad at all, you can see a lot of customers in here, it doesn't feel like a shady area. Gas prices are very average.”
“I don't know what these people's problems are lol I used to stop here all the time when I was inspecting cabins in that area. Never had a problem with any of the staff”

“Apr 2024. Purchased gas. States 2.99 on the sign and nothing about it being the cash price only. Figured that would be so, but most stores tell you that's the cash price. Misleading.Customer service was ok.”

“I read some of the reviews about the location, specifically those stating rude attitudes from the staff and felt compelled to provide my experience. Despite sticking out like a sore thumb (foreigner from Los Angeles), both times I visited I was met with smiles and a friendly demeanor by their cashiers. The location is a bit difficult to get to if you are traveling from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge as you have to make a u-turn on the parkway and then try and turn into the driveway while cars block entry as they wait for the adjacent light to change. As for the complaints about the food, I wouldn't know as I would have no desire eating at a gas station.”

“Hats off to the store Manager and her staff at the Wears Valley Road store, I came inside the store and got a few food items from the grill inside and sat in there setting area to eat them and got up and left without my purse,I had gone all the way down to Cades Cove when I realized that I did not have it. I was hours away and was so scared it was gone forever, until I finally got to where I had cell phone service which was a total of about 4 hrs lost.I called the Weigels store where I had remembered I was last, and the staff member said that they had it at the register,I was so happy and mad at myself for forgetting it in the first place,but it is nice to know there are still good people out there that still do the right thing ,thank God to Kayla the store Manager that found my purse that day and her staff they are so awesome .I will never ever forget them.They go beyond the service for their customers.Love you guys.”
