I have had homeowners insurance with Barnes for many years on a family cabin in Sevierville. We recently sold it and I want to tell the agency if we purchase another cabin we will insure it with you!! Excellent staff..professional yet friendly. Thank you. Elizabeth Beckmann

Joe is a very unkind person. He wouldn't give us the time of day. I wouldn't get insurance for my dog from him. I didn't even want to give him 1 star. But that was the only option. Plenty of other places to get insurance, where u will find nice people.
