“Monique Anstine was Absolutely A Pleasure to Work with! She has made Moving down from NY, Getting set up/Established so Easy and Smooth. I had went to This Lovely Clean Smelling Branch On my Lunch Break, (I get an Hour) I informed them that I only have an hour and I need this done as fast as Possible. Monique came out and immediately dealt with me. She was Friendly from the second she saw me and greeted me. I explained to her what I wanted to do, and my Mission. She told me it was a Whopping $25.00 to start up a bank account!! I had given her all of my Information and she answered all of my Questions that I had at that moment and got me all Processed and Set Up! She was Very Sweet and Personable. I loved the attitude, and how dedicated/knowledgeable she is with her job! I walked out of there completing the Mission of seating up a Bank account and Getting My Finances and Mobile Banking in Order! I don't think I would want anyone else helping me. She had me walking away feeling welcomed to the area, financially set up and refreshed, and Happy to have a Tennessee State Bank Card in my Hand! Thank you for all Of Your Help Monique!! -Mrs. Burgess ------------------------------------------------ UPDATE: DMV sent me back to the bank because they couldn't use the PO BOX ADDRESS, They told me to get a bank statement. I went back to the bank, and she had helped me get all set up starting the process. She told me she could try to Expedite it and she would call me if she could have it done ASAP. I had Then Received a Phone call and Hour or so Later. Monique Treats her customers with Priority, and Making sure that she works on the behalf of Her Customers, because of the personable character she exhibits. Definitely happy I chose this bank. Again, thank you for making this QUICK and PAINLESS!!! ----------------------------------------------- My Recommendations: -Monique is GREAT!! -Don't be afraid to ask questions! She's very Knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel silly or uncomfortable!! -Take and Park on the back side...
