Alex and his services are top notch. While on vacation from Wisconsin our car needed wheel bearings and rear brakes. Alex was able to diagnose our vehicle source the parts from mutiple auto shops and get it all done in a few hours all during a big car festival on a hot Saturday afternoon. We highly reccomend Alex and his services! Thank you Alex!

Alex is extremely professional and honest. We were in the Pigeon Forge area for the week and our alternator went out as we were leaving town to head back to NC. It was July 3rd and I called several shops and they all said the earliest they could even look at it was Friday July 5th. Alex called back within 30 minutes and met me at my vehicle. It was late in the afternoon so we couldn’t get the part until the morning but he worked on July 4th in the heat to get us back up and running. He even explained the work and gave me receipts and warranty information. Very nice guy, and was very honest and upfront about everything that was being done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a repair especially if you are visiting from out of town. Thank you Alex

Had an issue with my alternator while on vacation. Almost every shop told me it would be a month to get me in. Alex called me back that day around 1:30pm. Was there by 2:30 and by 4:30 we were good to go. Alex was super nice, professional and a great guy. Good work and reliable. Really went above and beyond, cleaning off some battery corrosion and changing a couple bulbs for me as well. Knock on wood I won’t need automotive service here again, but if I do I’m calling Alex.

You could not ask for better customer service. We called and within 20 minutes Alex was there. What we thought would be a simple fix was way more complex, but he didn't blink. He just fixed it. You rarely find customer service like this. It was close to 100 degrees outside and took him over an hour to fix, but he never complained. He also didn't charge us extra because it was harder. He just fixed it, thanked us for our business and everything has been perfect since. Thank you Alex. You were truly a blessing.

I am late in posting a review but wanted to share my experience. My daughters and I were in Pigeon Forge for a few days for a dance competition over the summer when my car unexpectedly had a problem. I did a quick google search and found Automotive Antidote. I left a message after business hours but I heard from Alex first thing the next day. He set a time to come to our motel and look at the car as I was scared to try and drive it. Alex was knowledgeable, professional, kind and reasonably priced. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no more than an hour. Thanks to Alex we were able to continue our trip and my girls and I got home safely. I definitely recommend him. Thank you Alex!

We drove 3 hours away from home to Pigeon Forge on vacation and of course our alternator went out on the 1st day there! I called a couple different places but the wait time was going to be longer than we were scheduled to be here so I called Automotive Antidote. Alex was prompt and thorough! He had my vehicle fixed in a couple hours from when I called him! I would highly recommend him!

On vacation, van breaks, can’t move it. Called and 30 min later arrived. 30 min after that our van is fixed. Incredibly friendly, helpful, honest and responsible priced. Can’t recommend enough.

We were incredibly lucky to get hold of the Automotive Antidote company. They correctly identified and fixed the problem with our car within 5 hours. Saved our vacation. Very reasonably priced. I saw the gentleman later that night working well into the dark. I'm sure there are times when the work cannot be as timely, but it is not from lack of effort or devotion on this guys' part. If you have trouble while in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, this is a fine solution.

Brake lights went out today (Sunday) no one could do it. Alex called us back, met us in a parking lot and in less than an hour… we have brake lights! If you have an automotive need he’s your guy!

Alex is truly a one of a kind man, both professionally and personally! Our family has been vacationing in Pigeon Forge for the last six years. After we arrived this year my breaks were definitely questionable which made me nervous driving around the mountains. It was a Saturday and the only option I thought I had was leaving it at some garage and getting a rental waiting who knows how long for it to be fixed.
I stumbled across Automotive Antidote and Alex picked up immediately! He said he would be right over as soon as he wrapped up with another job. I was in disbelief! It is 5pm on Saturday! He had the front breaks done in no time then met us the next day at Goats on the Roof and did the backs!
Alex is very professional, understanding, and absolutely reasonable in what he does! Thank you again for everything!
