If only zero stars were an option...I ended up canceling my reservation due to the way I was treated by the staff at this location.

Completely unprofessional. The place reeked of cigarettes. They just lit up inside and you could hardly breathe.

We came to pick up a u-haul and it was not available. We had rescheduled it to get it earlier and they said they hadn't went to get it and we would just have to wait to the original time. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here.
