These are a bunch of great guys and great mechanics. I had a hub go bad on my boat trailer 7/24 while on my way to Texas from Michigan. I limped into their shop and they literally stoped what they were doing and got me up and going. Very nice and professional. And, the charge was below what I had been quoted. Thanks Car Care!

It's rare that I write reviews, but this one is important! I highly recommend this exceptional service facility and the great people working there who are responsible for its success! I had a really amazing experience with them not long ago that I feel has to be shared. I had a recent breakdown with my SUV which left me completely stranded with a radiator that had failed and caused the truck to immediately overheat. After pulling over, I called Daniel at The Car Center in Pegram and after having me check a series of possible causes for the overheating while staying on the line, we quickly determined there was no coolant whatsoever in the radiator or the reservoir. At a late 3:30 PM or so on the Thursday before the upcoming Memorial holiday weekend, Daniel kindly dispatched Jacob, one of their great mechanics, out to me on the road with coolant, and after doing a visual inspection, we could both see that the radiator had indeed failed. Jacob then kindly followed me to the The Car Center and then also later gave me a ride home from there while Daniel started the process of diagnosis and ordering a new radiator. The following day which was Friday before Memorial Day, I received a call from Daniel indicating that the radiator had been delivered, installed, and that all appeared to be fine after testing! This all took place in less than 24 hours! Finally and incredibly, Jacob was then sent back out to my home to pick me up in the afternoon and I was brought to the The Car Center where my SUV was waiting and ready to go!!! Incredible!!! This type of excellent and caring local home town service is practically non-existent in today's world of business in general. if you have ANY issues or problems with a vehicle, these are definitely the people you should contact for help! They are exceptionally fair, honest, caring and compassionate people that make you feel like you're in the very best hands when something has gone wrong. Peace of mind is priceless and that's exactly what I've felt after two visits so far to The Car Care Center in Pegram. I trust and respect them and will never take my vehicle to anyone else! Incredibly great service and people!! Five very well deserved STARS!!

Very friendly, high quality service. The communication and ease of service was the best I’ve experienced in some time. For those commenting on the prices, I’d counter that they cannot be held responsible for inflation. It’s unreasonable to use pre 2020 price expectations to value today’s market. Their prices seem to be fair and in line with other service providers these days. Highly recommend.

Doesn't seem like as great a deal as all the good reviews suggest paid close to 1500 for the inspection and a new thermostat assembly and 1 or two hoses and they wanted another almost 1500 to flush out systems, surprised you'd want to flush a transmission at all that's probably never been serviced unless you're just trying to upsell. Also had to reconnect a few things under the hood myself when I got it back.

Excellent service! I brought in my newly purchased 2016 Kia Forte for an inspection before my Carvana seven day return-window closed. I dropped it off afterhours using their late drop-off system. They had my diagnosic report ready for me by 10am the following morning. This was a huge help in deciding whether to keep the car. I was provided with suggested repairs in addition to a very fair estimate. If I didn't have the CarvanaCare Warranty, then I would definitely be using them for their repair services! 10/10
