The deserve zero stars i go in their for a 12oz mtn dew and arizona tea and 2 1 dollar scratch offs and she charged me 15 dollars shes lucky i was in a hurry this morning but i will be returning after school to receive the money that was wrongfully taken from me they are theives and deserve to be shut down the older guy with the gold tooth also has something for little kids he has tried numerous times to open my car door to give my little sister candy

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ???? ???? ???? . !!! I don't know the Man's name that works at this CITgo but SIR YOU ARE THE FACE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! it doesn't hurt to at least try to have a good attitude, and some of these stores need to make their new employees come to this store to show them, that being friendly is sooooo much easier. Card reader at pumps usually don't work, I'd either go to finches or Thorntons in Kinston.

Stopped for fuel since they were a little lower than the competition. Had to pay inside after confusion at the pump. NP

If u use this store dont use a debit card. My dad had 5 different transactions and thankfully the bank locked his card.
