“If I could give 6/5 stars I would. I have had to bring my car into Hall's multiple times over the past few years and everytime has been quick, painless, and an amazing experience. Sometimes i even learn a thing or two. I never feel like I'm being bled dry or getting directed to pointless maintenance. Once I actually brought my car to Hall's on a recommendation while I lived in Antioch and no other mechanic could figure out my steering problem. Got a call back a day or two later with the exact reason, solution, and time to fix.
Now live in Fairview and will always trust Hall's with my car when I'm in town.”

“Clearly this is a very busy location, I arrived at opening and there was a line of people waiting to speak with the service advisor. He was extremely professional and polite even when some of the people in line were quite frankly rude and abrupt. When it was my turn he completely explained the scope of work and the timeline. I appreciated his straightforward manner. In less time than he estimated my car service was completed. The checkout process was quick and the young lady who check me out was amazing with her ability to multi task handling my transaction, answering calls and dealing with other customers. “I always go here for my oil changes. The techs are amazing and experienced. I have a new car that has a very special oil filter. For some reason, I could only get this filter from the dealership but Walmart was willing and able to install this for me at no additional charge same day.”

“This is a serviceable garage for what it is, and the employees were extremely kind and helpful to us. I would bring my car here for basic stuff - like to get tires changed or serviced, to get an oil change, or to get brakes fixed.
If you're stranded while traveling on a holiday weekend (like we were), it's a place where you can be towed and seen quickly. They are car generalists who can give you an overall idea of what is wrong, and they may just level with you and tell you that they don't have the equipment or expertise to do the work required. I appreciate the honesty!
If you need basic work on your car or to be seen in an emergency situation, this is a good first stop. The staff was incredibly kind, too. Just know what you're coming here for and adjust your expectations accordingly.”

“These are a bunch of great guys and great mechanics. I had a hub go bad on my boat trailer 7/24 while on my way to Texas from Michigan. I limped into their shop and they literally stoped what they were doing and got me up and going. Very nice and professional. And, the charge was below what I had been quoted. Thanks Car Care!”
