Place is a great post office. It is small so everyone there is busy, but for the most part they come right up to the desk as soon as you come in. Eventually they even remember your name. The mail carrier doesn't deliver packages to my house because the driveway is steep and muddy, so either I see the pink slip in the mailbox or I get the email it's there and I go down to get it. It's less than a 5 minute drive and I live outside the city, so no complaints about having to go in.

Well I don't live in the area but I've been waiting for a package from an ebay seller and it's been sitting at this post office for 6 days according to the tracking number. The package has been received by the post office but it's just sitting there. Really???

Moved to Parsons in June 2022 and I have had nothing but issues with mail and packages. Was waiting on a package this past week and says delivery attempted and held at post office per customer request. They didn't even stop or drive by my house or speak to me. Got so tired of the unprofessionalism that I got a PO Box elsewhere yet somehow I had a package that still had to be picked up in Parsons. I work in Jackson so will more than likely just have my mail rerouted there.

This post office employs extremely rude and unhelpful people. Especially some lady named Michelle. It's no wonder the postal service is going bankrupt if this is the best they can do.

Absolutely horrible. I will get notices that my package is out for delivery and it was delivered to the post office, and days go by before I receive it. Ordered a Father's Day gift well in advance and for the last 4 days it has said it was delivered to the Parson's post office and has not been delivered. Just got a notice that it was marked as delivered, yet I have been home all day and it has never arrived. Called Amazon and they stated that it was marked as delivered by the post office, so they lost it and just marked it as delivered which is fraud. Amazon is reporting them but from the reviews clearly I am not the only one that this happens to and now a day before Father's Day don't have our gift.

Absolutely terribly unprofessionally ran establishment. I've had deliveries delivered days later and they were literally 'out for delivery' if you try to call and ask about a package. They put the phone off the hook to keep from talking to customers. They recently hired a new driver that literally almost ran me off the road a few weeks ago on my way home from work. She had apparently just left my house and and was literally driving on the wrong side of the road! I had to almost take the ditch. Mail will sometimes be delivered really late at night. This is strange in my opinion. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

3rd day in a row, no mail pick up or delivery. My bill will now be late. Not to mention the ones not delivered. I lived in Colorado for 10 years. If I wasn't so angry, this would be comical. Unless we got 4 to 6 FEET of snow, it was business as usual. 3 inches here and people freak out...smh

Times for delivery are always erratic. Packages scheduled for that day are always late. They cannot seem to get their stuff together. Now they have included lying about failed delivery. Delivery was not even attempted because we got our other mail and packages just not it. Maybe they thought oh it doesn't fit in the mailbox, I can't deliver this.

These people lie and say things are delivered when they are not, I have tracking telling where exactly Should be when it is scanned and delivered and it's, thus is one of Many issues this post office has had and I am sick of it

I don't think I've had a single package delivered on time, not to mention the drivers make me come and get the packages from their truck.
