I was on a road trip which started out from the Chicago area. It wasn't until I got to Tennessee that I realized I had packed everything except my medication! In a panic, my wife and I went to the Walgreens in Paris. I spoke to the pharmacist and explained my dilemma. She assured me that since I was a Walgreens customer, my information would be in the system. After verifying my information, She related that she would be able to supply me with the necessary medications needed to hold me over until I returned home. She stated that if my insurance didn't cover the extra medication, I would have to pay out of pocket, which wasn't a problem. Several minutes later, I had my medication with little more than a co-pay as she was able to have the order approved by my insurance. I was so thankful! The Pharmacist was so nice and so professional. She was a REAL life saver. My wife and I don't know what we would have done without her! Thank you soooo much!

Pharmacy Staff are very rude and seems to be NO better after many years of using this Pharmacy. Looks like it's time to make a change!

Had a prescription called in at 6:30 pm and did not get it filled until after 8 pm!! Went up and inquired about it twice after I was told it would be ready and was told it would be another 15 min wait each time. Was waiting on meds for a UTI and felt horrible. Almost think it would have been worth it to go home than sit and wait like I did. I have never had this issue before and was very surprised and disappointed.

I would recommend if you want fair service that you go to another location. I went to this Walgreens on Thursday of last week bc naturally my allergies started acting up. Per usual, I asked the pharmacist for Allegra D as I do this time of year either here or Walmart. USUALLY the pharmacist takes my ID AND LOOKS UP MY INFORMATION AND ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION ON FILE CAN TELL THAT I have used ALLEGRA D 2 maybe 3xs per year. HOWEVER, this time the pharmacist did not take m

I went to Paris pharmacy(this isn’t the first problem I’ve had with them.) The Pharmacy Tech had his foot in a drawer over medicine bottles(if not in a drawer with medicine bottles/ orders!) Ive called the 1800number no response. I have photos of this male standing like this and im sorry but that nasty! What has he stepped in then putting his foot over medicine bottles, orders, and bags; who do we know what’s all in that drawer.

Staff in pharmacy refused to fill my order for pen needles because they said I had not been there for 2 years. They said there was no prescription on file. They made me pay full retail for pen needles that they should not even sell without a prescription. They sold them to me over the counter for $46. Which I believe is against the law if their is no prescription. I had placed the order the day before using the app. Well a day or 2 later the app notifies me my needles were ready and the cost was $10. The pharmacist Shane Peck Peck absolutely refused to fix anything because he said when I bought the needles I did not have a prescription and that they got one later. He refused to adjust the pricing to account for their error. Shane Peck and his staff are rude and deceptive in my opinion

Very sorry to see that they still sell cigarettes here. CVS was brave enough to give up that revenue so guess I'll take my business there.

I wish I could give zero stars. A lot of the employees, especially in the pharmacy, are rude. I was a customer until a little while ago I tried getting my daughter's medicine filled. The prescription was written for thirty pills...an entire months supply. They refused and told me they would only let me have twenty to do the entire month. The pharmacy we used before moving here followed doctors orders so she can have her meds every day. The hateful pharmacist said she could do without on the weekends. Earlier when I dropped off the prescription, I was told it would be thirty minutes. I come back an hour later and they never even touched them. They hateful said I had to wait another thirty minutes. I waited over another hour before they finally did their job. It was then they were rude and refused to dispense the meds according to the prescription. Terrible!!!!!
