Worst service ever! This store accepts no responsibility in making sure you receive a refund after your package is lost. They declare independence from the name on their storefront “UPS”. They tell you to call corporate Headquarters. Then you call to make a claim. Then you need to go back to store. Then the store manager fills out a form and you sign it. He says he will fax it to headquarters. Well it has been 6 months; no refund has been sent to me. Buyer beware, ask them about their refund policy before using their service. I now use the regular US mail, they honor refunds directly to you. I would give a minus 10 rating if it was possible.

I was greeted immediately and engaged in conversation to see what my needs were, and immediately taken care of very professionally and very personal. I was very happy my first time in the store ever.

The ladys that work there 10/10Dont ship usps there! There is a hidden sevice fee! Dont expect any problems to be resolved by the owner 0/10 for himJust print your lables from home.. not worth the trouble

I took a rocking horse to the store to be packaged and shipped. The gentleman was very unsure how to box it up. When it arrived, it only had the box and no packing of any kind. One of the rockers was broken as a result. I don't live in Tennessee but I would not use this store again.

Quick and easy, but the employee helping me was somewhat rude. By other reviews, it’s seems that I just got the one employee who’s a bit of a prick. Mediocre experience.

I would give 10 stars if it were possible. In this day and age when quality, service, and reliability are absolutely foreign concepts in many businesses, this little UPS Store places these at the very top of everything they do. But it is more than just kind, competent service. From the owner, who is usually on hand, on down the line, every member of this team is alert, on-point, and actually cares. They have proven it time and again with me by catching little errors, or making suggestions that save me time, money, and a couple of embarrassing moments, to say the least. They are truly my office away from the office, and frankly, I would be hard pressed to put together a better trained, qualified, diligent, and RELIABLE staff. The UPS Store in Paris, Tennessee, has my full endorsement, recommendation, and tons of gratitude for all of the outstanding products and services they have provided since I moved here. Truly! Did I mention they are always calm, laid back? I guess I just did.

This has to be the busiest place in Paris with a skeleton crew, the majority of the time. Just considering the amount of Amazon returns they process is overwhelming. Extend a little "Grace" the next time you are there to everyone.

Shady service. I brought in a letter that I wanted sent UPS. The gentleman with the dark hair took my order. My letter was going to a PO Box. Instead of telling me that UPS doesn’t ship to a PO Box, He charged me $20.00 to send my letter and gave me a bogus tracking number. I will never use this office again because of this office’s shady ways!

I have never seen a UPS store ran so poorly!!! There customer service skills are absolutely horrible and their knowledge of sending pkgs internationally are absolutely zilch!!! I spent $132.00 to send a pkg to France Oct 3 and it was returned 2 times-the gentleman at the UPS store took absolutely no responsibility for his negligence in improperly filling out the paperwork but was very quick to blame us and the foreign postal workers-he never once apologized for the inconvenience and he never called to update us as to the status of the package after we kept going to the store to see what has happened to it!!!! The third time around my daughter got her package but it was soooo destroyed and some of the contents were broken!!! There was sooo much tape wrapped around the box that the UPS store obviously kept taping it after each return to just fix his mistakes to just resend it out!!! There was soooo much tape on the box that she had to score all edges of the box just to open it up to see the contents!!!! I NEVER recommend using this UPS store!!!! They have no idea what they are doing!!!

So these guys have always treated me very well. I've used them for various things over the years. Some things that I recallbother than shipping is some yard signs for my business and business cards . But today I came in last minute and only had a few hours for a request on some invitations for my son's birthday party. Christi was fantastic, she was able to get my request in the same day and did a great job on the flyers. Thank you UPS Store Paris Tennessee.

I have always used this service until today. They were extremely busy n I had Government Documents n a Will that I needed to make copies of. The lady brought my paperwork up front n laid it down. The copies were in shambles. Copies were misplaced, a copy of a voided checked was ripped off from the page it was attached to. Staple Rippers were not used, the voided check was printed overlapping other Government Documents information. I really took offense to this because this paperwork had to be in order, it was not. A young lady that worked there kindly taped the check back into place. I needed to purchase a large envelope to hold everything n send certified mail. This obviously wasn’t ready to be mail. So I returned to the front after I could not make any sense of the mess the paperwork was and I continue to pay for my envelope. I explained to the lady who seemed to be in charge as to what happened. By her actions she really didn’t care about my complaint. I let her know that these were Government Documents and they needed to stay in the order as I had them placed when I came in. She was more upset due to the fact I complained about her employee making such a mess of my paperwork. I became upset n so did she. She was mimicking every word I said. She made a comment towards me, “Come on Girl!” I told her I was going to call the police on her and she told me the same thing. When I spoke, she repeated the same thing. She was taunting me and told me if I ever come back she wasn’t waiting on me. It was a bad scene and customers were helping me gather my things. Tonight, I gathered all my paperwork and it’s ready to be mailed.Would you take your paperwork back into that UPS?
