I have been waiting on an ice maker for the new refrigerator I purchased over 6 months ago and it has not been installed yet! Phone calls will not be answered and trips to the store are not acknowledged. I purchased 5 major appliances there at the same time, paid for them, and would expect better customer service.

Let me edit from my previous post. Josh just delivered my freezer, and was very cordial .He is a very personable young man, and for the most part, does a great job. I believe part of his problem is in staffing. His staff , or at least one on his staff, needs to learn people skills and how to be in customer service. Just telling someone what they want to hear is not the end of your responsibility.I definitely would recommend Josh and his store for your needs. Sorry for any negativity previously. Just frustrations, I guess.

They were great when we went in to get a freezer. Helpful, friendly. BUT....now that the freezer is in , we can't get it delivered, even though we paid extra for delivery. I've called several times and they've promised delivery twice, but still don't have my freezer. Not even a phone call to tell me anything. We've dealt with Josh beforeand were very happy with their service.Not so much this time. All I wanted was at least a phone call.I have a side of beef coming and no place to keep it now. I am very frustrated and disappointed!! I will definitely think twice about getting my future purchases from Sears.

I recently purchased 3 appliances for my new home and LOVED dealing with Josh. Josh was so very helpful and went above and beyond. I really had no intention of buying from Sears but his customer service is why I ended up buying from Sears. However, I have needed some help with one of the appliances recently and have contacted the store 2 times and spoke with CHAD. He was very unprofessional and ended up hanging up on me while I was just wanting to leave a message for the owner to contact me. I tried calling back several times after getting disconnected but no one would answer the phone.

I went in to help my sister buy her appliances and ended up buying a refrigerator for myself. Josh is the nicest most professional owner/sales person I have EVER encountered. Accommodating and knowledgeable about his products. Everyone there was nice and friendly trying to help. I will definitely be going back. Folks, check out Sears to compare prices and service as it is worth the effort. No I am not related.

The gentleman that helped my wife and I was very courteous to us and the other guests. We picked out a washer and dryer set that is of great quality. The Sears installers took extra care in ensuring no scratches or dents from the showroom floor to the house happened.
