Had appointment at 1. Sat for an hour before my car was pulled in shop and only then after I complained. Been coming here for years worst time of all today. Something needs be done.

Do not go here! Avoid at all cost! Most unprofessional car lot in Tennessee. I was in contact almost 2 weeks nearly every day about buying a car there. Offered to put down payment with my credit card to hold the vehicle till I got there and when i asked if it was not what I wanted would it be refunded. They said don't worry make a appointment and get pre-approved and come on monday. I did. Even confirmed my appointment time at 2:00 that morning at 11:00. Then left my vacation early to drive 2 hours to get there. At 1:55 as I was 1 min away they call me and say they sold the vehicle. Now it's not that they sold it. It's that they let me drive for 2 hours there and called me 5 min before my apt. To tell me. Then told me to leave when I wanted to discuss this with the person in charge. Full disclosed I cursed them after that. I would not buy the cure for cancer from them now if I had only 5 min to live. I give them negative 5 stars and wish I could get the 2 hours of my life and 1/2 a tank of gas back. I should have read the other bad reviews before I did business.

This is the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We traveled a long way to see a specific truck they had online. They stayed open late and helped us make sure that this is the right truck for us. We didn't feel pressure at all. They were very up front about the truck and did not try to push us into something we didn't want. Alex Warren did an excellent job of getting us through the process of getting our truck. Terrence was also very helpful processing our finances and getting everything finished up. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Definitely worth the drive!

Had a Great Experience with their staff, the Mrs. Was able to drive out of the Dealership within 2 hrs. Behind the wheel of her New Car. Excellent way to go Aarorn and Terence. We'll definitely be sending all our accuaitances your way for their Transportation needs. Thanks again!!!
