Was alot better when the older lady was there in the loan office. She was so sweet. She saw the good in people that were trying I guess. I know I got issues with my credit . But a credit union should help people so we don't have to go to these high interest places. Also it's always going to be a different reason why they can't approve you! I'm glad I'm not the only one that think things have changed at this bank. Some have went to a new bank.

Do wish that they were open on Saturday. But love everything else. They are always friendly and kind. and they are the only ppl I know that truly work with ppl when it comes to loans and helping build their credit!!!??????????

a lot of new staff that are not trained well. several of the key people have or are retiringatmosphere has changed, no satisfaction offered for problems

this is the best bank in town. everyone is always friendly and very helpful. wish they stayed open to 6 pm or were open at least like 2 Saturdays out of the month. Outside of that cant be beat
