this place is nothing but a joke. I've been without heat for 3 days!! And all they can say is, "noting we can do". yes there is, bring me some propane!!! not to mention I've got two kids in the house freezing!!!

I've called twice in the last couple weeks to have propane delivered, still no propane. It's almost Christmas and I'll run out then have to pay an extra charge for delivery over the holidays. I called in at 30% now I'm below 10% we have a big house propane goes fast in cold weather.
