I showed up for my appointment on monday but no one even knew I was coming but they said if I left my truck they would get it up on the stand. Finally Tuesday afternoon they had actually taken a look at my truck. It's been another week now and I haven't heard anything from them other than me calling to ask what was taking so long on a job quoted at 3-4 hours. I will never use them again.

Everyone needs to know that this company will put your business all over Facebook publicly. Just because someone. said his rates were to high. There is a towing board rhat might like to see about this! You are pitifully wrong for doing this!

They are a reliable company and are very nice, waived my storage fee to help me out but was very high on rates, still cost 600 dollars Since their equipment got stuck trying to get my vehicle out.I would have appreciated a call or choice in the matter but did not which is not their fault. overall this company is good.
