Went Friday the 10th to get plug wires for my brothers truck, it's a older model, so they had to order them, said they would be in on the morning truck, nope, the got them from the Mckenzie store Friday night, picked them up Saturday, one set wouldn't fit his truck, so we went to take them back, first of all, the young boy said we didn't buy them there, we had the receipt, then he said they were used, nope, said that they couldn't do anything, we would have to talk to the manager, but he was at lunch, this was 12:30, so we went and came back at 2:00pm, he still said he wasn't back, biggest run around, still didn't get his money back, ?

Love this place. Always good people that work there. But sometimes parts get lost or when you tell them that you will be in on a certain date they will send your parts back to the warehouse

If you manage to get a part that actually works then you didn't buy it from here. The staff is useless, they'll say they order something from The hub and we'll be there in 2 days when really it takes a week if they even ordered it.
