“I have to brag on the cashier April at Food Lion on Hwy 48/13! I couldn't find what I was looking for so she walked with me all through the store to try and find it. She even asked the manager and went back again to try and find it (we never did; must have been out of it). April went above and beyond trying to help me instead of just pointing me in the right direction! They need more employees like April!!”
“I should’ve asked her name, but I was distracted by my kids and payed with my cash benefits instead of ebt and wasn’t going to have enough for bills. This sweet lady that worked there went completely out of her way today to make sure I was able to get a refund and repurchase my food with my ebt instead. She didn’t give up even though it was giving her problems. She was extremely kind the whole time to me and my babies even though I’m sure the situation was irritating, she didn’t show it. She has no idea how much she helped me and my girls today and I pray god blesses her and her family in every way. I will definitely be a return customer.”
“It’s rare today to find a grocery store this large that’s independently owned. What’s even more rare is to find one where every staff member reflects exceptional customer service. From finding items, to special orders, to getting checked out and helped to your car. Regardless of the type of service received anywhere today, it makes a difference when you’re cared for. Plenty of parking and the store stays clean.”
