The employees at my UPS Store are so very friendly and helpful! This morning when making a simple Amazon return I observed Eric helping a grandma who was having trouble navigating her Amazon app. He was so patient and kind! This is exemplary customer service! I always feel welcomed and am treated so well! I have to give a shout out too for Lacey!! She’s my very favorite! Thank you for providing such a wonderful and much needed service to our community!
