As a family of 5, it isn’t easy to find a single hotel room to fit us all. This was perfect. The couch was large and comfy and had a trundle bed within it. This room could easily fit 6 people. The decor modern, the space was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. They also had a great atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. I would go out of my way to stay here again with my family.
Rooms: Fabulous and fit more people with a great trundle couch space.

They are so sweet, so comforting, and it’s so quiet. Beautiful location! We came from Orlando, FL to escape Hurricane Milton & they were so accommodating, giving us extended time to checkout, etc. highly recommend!

Safe location but very busy. Room was not well kept at all. Smelled like pet odor. I was very optimistic about the area and hotel after reading reviews, but my experience was not a positive one.

So really enjoyed my stay. I'd say all in all a very good experience. UNTIL time for check out. The woman at counter was argumentative, short, and sarcastic.

SpringHill Suites is the best place I have ever stayed. It exceeded my expectations for cleanliness, sincerely kind and helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing! Everything about this hotel is wayyyyyy better than the Double Tree Hilton.I give it 2 thumbs up!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Service is great and brought my family with my nephew for Labor Day weekend. Camry checked me in and she was great and a real asset to the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. I ate at the grill one night and the server was great! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful each day. There are many hotels in Chattanooga but we will frequent this one moving forward. Thank you!

The room was nice and slept my family very well! The staff was incredible, and the breakfast was great! They do close down breakfast at 9:30 in the mornings, so be sure to get down there before then.
The refrigerator did not work in our room. They had maintenance up there 3 times trying to fix ours, and they never really did. They were super cool about it, though. Stated they were trying to replace all of them with a better brand.

This will now be my go to when in Chattanooga.
Rooms: Were surprisingly huge and new
Safety: This seemed to be in a very safe part of town.
Food and drinks: I stayed at the hotel and had a burger and fries and a couple beers for under $30 and watch the ball game at the bar.

My wife and I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Chattanooga and had a great experience! The area, location, and customer service were all top-notch. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet with a huge variety of options (served 6:30-9:30 am).
A few minor drawbacks: the beds weren't the comfiest, and you can hear the train noise at night. However, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
Big plus: they have an EV charger on site!
Overall, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
Rooms: Big and Very clean
Food and drinks: Amazing

The lobby is clean. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are super clean. The bar has an awesome happy hour and the prices are super cheap. The food is VERY good too, and inexpensive. We had the fried mushrooms and fried chicken sliders. Clearly, made from scratch and they were fantastic.

Arrived late, Rita was efficient and thoughtful at front desk. Lovely property, comfy room, great breakfast and the sweetest staff. Great location off highway and before denser area; near food and shopping. Would have extended stay if I had time.

We had a large group booked months in advance for a family reunion, and during our stay we were informed by the staff that none of our paying guest were allowed to use the lobby or bar/recreational areas. I told the lady working at the desk the next day about this and she was appalled, said we should complain and she would note we did. Rooms were dirty, had crumbs all over the counters along with a half eaten nutty bar, and an old frozen pizza still left behind in the fridge from previous guests. The walls had something splattered/stained all over the wallpaper. The bathroom sink had some kind of cigarrette burn or something on it. The shower had mold. Bolts are loose and hanging out of the stairway hand rails. The coffee maker was freaking DISGUSTING! Do not use it!!! I took pictures of all these things as well and will be sharing them on Google reviews. This place was dirty, and didnt treat us very well.

Awesome hotel. Safe location. Awesome Continental breakfast from 6-10. Awesome rooms.
Rooms: We rented two suites.
They each had two queen beds and a sofa bed, big rooms with plenty space
Safety: Very safe area. Also the hotel locks the front door after a certain hour and you have to be buzzed in.
Walkability: Chick-fil-A in walking distance along with other restaurants.
Food and drinks: Great Continental breakfast from 6-10.
All kinds of food, make your own waffles, meats, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts
Noteworthy details: Very nice outdoor pool with a patio area to sit and enjoy
