New pavement, paint, interior walls and the ability to open the gate with the phone app (just to name a few) all added up to a very pleasant experience. Plus, Brianna is awesome and very helpful in any interaction. Very satisfied and highly recommend!”

“Had some issues with auto pay and late fees, but they got it fixed and reversed the late fees. The u-haul messaging they use to communicate doesn’t go through, but that’s not on them. Hopefully we got the auto pay fixed. It’s been annoying but they’re trying to make it right, which I appreciate.”
“UHaul app is always giving hard time. It’s freezing while doing the dropping off process from Mobile app. Pickup my truck option is disabled after 1 hour time.
