I can’t even get them to answer the phone in Ooltewah, I accidentally left some important papers in the lobby when Nicole came and got me. All I wanted to know is if they were found and put up, no one has answered the phone all day. Very poor customer service

My service was pretty fast, and everything was good with the service, but I'd like to say that I'm glad Regions is NOT like Bank of America in regards to being political. Bank of America celebrates wokeness and gives to Black Lives Matter. Isn't it time politics didn't rule every sector of society? I like the apolitical nature of Regions so far, but if they become politically active, I will switch banks!

I was nervous about the whole banking thing but as soon as I walked in I felt calmed, everyone was so nice and thoughtful. I most definitely will do all my banking there.

This bank especially this branch is a joke. Zach is the worst excuse of a manager!! He is nothing but rude, and disrespectful. I don’t know how a company could let someone like him work for them.

We prefer this branch over the Ooltewah branch. Everyone we have worked with over the years has been extremely helpful, polite, and friendly.

I WAS going to open a checking/savings account here, as I just moved here from Florida. I called main number and there was an 18 minute hold wait....yikes....called Ooltewah main number and it rang and rang and rang, at 3 in the afternoon! This is not how I want the bank holding my money to act. Business lost!

Finally got aggravated enough to post a review. This branch has got to be the slowest one for anything that does not involve a deposit. I have to typically wait at least 15 minutes each time I need to access the safety deposit box. Today i wasted 45 minutes to add beneficiaries and finally gave up. I suggest using another branch like the one on Little Debbie Parkway.
