The community is very well maintained I love how the people are here very respectful I have liked Carla Taylor since day one she is a very out going person and always helps when she can very respectful I will miss her when I leave thanks for everything yall do

Wonderful community! Carla the sales and leasing agent is so kind and helpful!
Due to COVID-19, our office will be closed. However, we are available by phone and email during our normal office hours. Ponderosa Pines is located in Ooltewah with easy accessibility to I-75. Local conveniences include Hamilton Place Mall, dining and entertainment. Community features a playground a planned resident activities and events throughout the year!
